Peter is a Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer with almost 15 years’ combined experience within the transportation, traffic engineering, mining and civil industries, servicing both the public and private sectors. Peter has been responsible for the planning, design and construction of major highways, heavy haulage roads, public transport and civil infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia.
Following the completion of a Bachelor of Engineering degree at Curtin University, Peter started his career in a small but well-respected consultancy, where he gained and rapidly developed first principal traffic and civil engineering knowledge, servicing Main Roads, Local Governments, Regional Maritime Ports and private clients in the mining and operations industry. He spent the next six years servicing Regional Main Roads as a Project Manager and Superintendent delivering bridge replacements, realignments, reconstruction and intersection upgrades, and shoulder widening works on major highways and rural roads.
Peter then spent four years in private consultancy working for top-tier consultancies such as GHD, Jacobs and KBR, where he was responsible for delivering design documentation for Main Roads, Metronet, Maritime Ports, Local Governments and private industry projects. These have included the Morley-Ellenbrook and Byford Railway Extensions under Metronet, LGA Blackspot safety improvement projects throughout the Wheatbelt, Fremantle Ports and Main Roads asset condition assessments, Water Corporation rural bridge replacements, a green hydrogen plant and solar farm in Karratha, and internal road infrastructure for mining companies such as FMG and Rio Tinto.
More recently, Peter is now the Director of PG Project Services. Through his experience so far, he has the ability to evaluate, develop and recommend ‘value for money’ solutions to modern-day engineering problems. His technical experience, along with his resilient and focused mindset, allows him to drive projects whilst ensuring quality is maintained and key stakeholders and finances are properly managed. Peter is passionate for our evolving industry that considers sustainability as one of the key pillars, and he is committed to a safe and sustainable future.
Principal Designer

Kalyan is a highly accomplished Chartered Professional Engineer and Principal Designer with almost 20 years of experience delivering complex highway and infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. With deep technical expertise and a strong reputation for leadership, Kalyan has consistently led and delivered the design development of innovative, cost-effective transport solutions — from optioneering, route planning and conceptual design, through to detailed design. His professional accreditations, including CPEng, RPEQ, NPER, reflect his commitment to engineering excellence and best practice.
His career spans across top-tier consultancies such as WSP, Aurecon, AECOM and Arup, where Kalyan has played pivotal roles on major government projects such as the Mitchell Freeway Extension, West Gate Tunnel, Armadale Line Upgrade, and Transmission Gully Expressway. As a Principal Designer, he brings expertise across geometric highway design, drainage, BIM integration, and construction procurement, with a particular strength in managing budget-sensitive design development and ensuring value-for-money outcomes. Known for his ability to guide projects through challenging technical and spatial constraints, Kalyan excels at balancing functionality, constructability, and long-term operational performance, all while meeting project objectives and stakeholder requirements that are critical to infrastructure delivery.
