This project includes a new 8 kilometre bypass around the Nullagine Town, improving overall traffic safety and access, reducing noise impacts to the town, increasing serviceability to reduce wet season closures, and safer operations and growth opportunities through mine connectivity. We are providing project management expertise in guiding the project development and planning works in one of Western Australia’s most remote regions. Our experience has contributed to the development of design solutions that align with challenging environmental, heritage, and engineering requirements, whilst maintaining project momentum across all stages.

PG Project Services is currently delivering project management services for the Madigan Estate project, working closely with Development WA, and the local City and Main Roads, to ensure their intersection assets are delivered to their design criteria and operational requirements. In addition to managing approvals and project development coordination, we are actively contributing to design solutions that respond to stakeholder needs, site constraints, tight scheduling, and long-term maintenance outcomes. Our collaborative approach ensures the local City and Main Roads remain engaged throughout and that the project is shaped to align with their expectations.

PG Project Services has recently finished the completion of the project development phase of three parking bays along GNH, on behalf of Main Roads. This included managing detailed designs, clearance approvals and managing project risks and stakeholders throughout. The parking bays next to the Juna Downs and Chichester townsites will allow for road users and heavy vehicles, to safely stop and rest.
The projects showcased below represent the extensive experience and expertise of our team members gained throughout their careers, including work completed at previous organisations. These projects were not delivered by PG Project Services but demonstrate the high level of skill and capability our team brings to every engagement. We present these examples to provide insight into the diverse background and proven track record of our professionals.
